Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive admissions and achieve revenue targets
2. Conduct course counselling sessions for students and parents
3. Convert leads into enrollments and manage the admissions pipeline
4. Oversee day-to-day academy operations and administration
5. Lead and mentor the academy/sales team
6. Track performance, prepare reports, and improve conversions
7. Ensure an excellent student experience
