About the job

As an Academic Trainer (Communicative English) at SR Edu Technologies, you'll help learners strengthen their spoken and written English through clear instruction, practical activities, and constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging sessions that build fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and confidence in everyday communication.
2. Lead speaking activities such as discussions, role-plays, presentations, and listening exercises, adapting them to learners' needs.
3. Explain English concepts clearly and model effective spoken and written communication.
4. Assess learners' progress through classroom activities and written work, then give specific, supportive feedback.
5. Identify areas where learners need more practice and adjust lesson plans and teaching methods accordingly.
6. Develop and organize lesson materials, exercises, and assessments that support session objectives.
7. Maintain a focused, inclusive learning environment and encourage learners to participate and practice consistently.
