About the job

As an Academic Trainer (Abacus/Vedic Math) at SR Edu Technologies, you'll help learners build confidence and accuracy in mathematics through clear instruction, structured practice, and a supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach Abacus and Vedic Math concepts using step-by-step explanations, demonstrations, and guided exercises.
2. Plan lessons and practice activities that develop learners' calculation skills and reinforce concepts at an appropriate pace.
3. Assess understanding through classwork and activities, identify where learners need support, and adjust instruction accordingly.
4. Manage classroom routines, encourage participation, and maintain a focused, respectful learning environment.
5. Explain mathematical methods clearly in spoken English, adapting your communication to learners' questions and progress.
6. Provide constructive feedback and encourage learners to practise regularly, build accuracy, and approach challenges with confidence.
7. Track learner progress and share relevant observations with the appropriate team members to support consistent training and development.
