About the job

Working Days: 6 Day (Sunday fixed off)
Office hours: 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
2. Counsel students and working professionals regarding online courses and career opportunities.
3. Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, duration, and specialisation options.
4. Handle admissions for MBA/PGDM.
5. Handle admissions for UG/PG courses.
6. Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups until admission is successfully completed.
8. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
9. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
10. Coordinate with the admission/operations team for document verification and enrolment.
11. Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Other requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Online Education Counselling, Admission Counselling, or Inside Sales.

2. Experience in selling online MBA/PGDM programs will be highly preferred.

3. Excellent communication and convincing skills.

4. Strong follow-up and lead conversion ability.

5. Target-oriented and self-motivated.

6. Good knowledge of online education and admission processes.

7. Comfortable working with CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and other online tools.

8. Must be available for full-time employment.

9. Reside in Gurugram or relocate in Gurugram.

10. Ability to commence employment within 1 week.
