Key Responsibilities:

A. Student Counselling
1. Connect with prospective learners through phone calls, virtual meetings, and other communication channels.
2. Understand each learner's educational background, career objectives, and learning requirements.
3. Recommend the most suitable IIDE program based on individual goals and aspirations.
4. Explain program curriculum, certifications, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission process clearly and engagingly.
5. Resolve student queries and handle objections with professionalism and empathy.

B. Admissions & Relationship Management
1. Guide learners through every stage of the admission and enrollment process.
2. Build long-term relationships with prospective students through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead updates in the CRM system.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission and onboarding experience.

C Sales & Performance
1. Achieve monthly enrollment, conversion, and revenue targets.
2. Deliver a high-quality counselling experience that enhances student satisfaction.
3. Stay updated on IIDE's programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
4. Contribute to overall team success by consistently meeting performance goals and maintaining excellent service standards.

Other requirements

1. 0–3 years of experience in education counselling, academic counselling, education sales, inside sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

4. Ability to understand learner needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

5. Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

7. Prior experience in the EdTech, higher education, or training industry.

8. Experience in admissions counselling or consultative sales.

9. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

10. Passion for education and helping learners achieve their academic and career goals.
