As an Academic Counsellor at Zell Education, you will play a key role in guiding students towards achieving their academic and career goals. Your knowledge of sales and proficiency in spoken and written English will be crucial in effectively communicating with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct consultations with students to understand their academic needs and goals.
2. Guide course selection, study plans, and career options based on individual strengths and interests.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
4. Coordinate with academic advisors and faculty members to ensure students are on track with their academic progress.
5. Assist in the enrollment process by explaining program requirements, fees, and financial assistance options.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new students.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in education to provide the most relevant guidance to students.
