About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Own the academic quality of our content for CBSE, ICSE, and IB: deciding what should be asked, at what depth, and in what order, so that a student working through it actually learns the concept.
2. Judge and correct content produced by AI tools and freelance experts: catch conceptual errors, weak framing, misleading wording, and questions that look right but teach nothing.
3. Help shape how we teach each subject as we grow: chapter approach, difficulty progression, where students typically struggle, and eventually guide other academic team members.

Other requirements

1. Someone with real teaching or tutoring experience: school, coaching institute, home tuition, or edtech. Freshers who have taught seriously in any capacity are welcome.

2. Strong command over at least one core subject: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, or Social Sciences.

3. Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or IB: how they differ and how each expects answers to be written.

4. Most importantly: genuine interest in teaching. If you would rather explain a concept than format a document, you will enjoy this.
