Job type: Full-time

Experience: Fresher/1-2 years
Job location: Chennai, Coimbatore
Timings: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm & 12:30 pm - 9:30 pm (Rotational shift)
Language: English is mandatory. Any regional languages

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage attendance and coordinate student assessments, exams, and evaluations
2. Maintain accurate academic records, prepare reports on academic performance and program effectiveness, monitor student progress, and provide counseling
3. Set up classrooms for recording and streaming, and provide support and resources to faculty members
4. Resolve support tickets by addressing academic-related issues and concerns, and act as a liaison between faculty, students, and administration
5. Coordinate student orientations, events, workshops, seminars, and other programs
6. Facilitate communication and collaboration among students, and guide them through course and exam registration
7. Attend to walk-in inquiries and manage student registration and enrollment in courses
