Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact prospective student queries across calls, email threads, and WhatsApp, responding promptly and professionally.
2. Assess each student's background and goals to guide them toward the program that fits best.
3. Walk students through curriculum design, fee structures, flexible payment options, and post-completion career pathways.
4. Foster genuine rapport with prospects through thoughtful, consultative conversations rather than scripted pitches.
5. Own the full admissions journey, from first point of contact through to confirmed enrollment.
6. Handle end-to-end paperwork, fee processing, and formal admission requirements without delays.
7. Guide freshly admitted students through their initial onboarding so the transition feels smooth.
8. Keep CRM entries precise and up to date, and stay consistent with lead follow-ups.
9. Monitor and push performance indicators like call duration, demos conducted, and closing ratios.

4. Comfort working with CRM tools and tracking personal performance metrics.

5. Prior experience in admissions counselling, inside sales, or a target-driven customer-facing role is a plus.
