We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across multiple functions while owning all external partnerships (consultants, agencies, freelancers). The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Project & Program Management, PMO Operations, Service Delivery, Risk & Cost Management, Vendor Management, Agile & Scrum methodologies, Stakeholder Engagement, Process Automation, and Data-Driven Decision Making. This is a high-impact role that ensures our projects remain on track, stakeholders are aligned, and every external contributor works in sync with GAJAB's vision.
Project & Program Management : Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
PMO Operations : Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and standardized processes.
Service Delivery Excellence : Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
Risk & Cost Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; Vendor Management : Oversee third-party service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Agile & Scrum Delivery : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Use analytics and KPIs to measure project performance, identify gaps, and optimise outcomes.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle conflicts with tact.
