Go to Market at Innovaccer

Our GTM team is passionate about healthcare and wants to leave a positive impact in the ecosystem. We are the tip of the spear that leads the organization externally. We care deeply about our customers and want to resolve their challenges with our solutions. If this excites you, let's chat about how you can help us tell our special story.

About the Role

As a Manager – CEO's Office, you will operate at the center of Innovaccer's strategic and operating core, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership to drive organizational priorities, special initiatives, and cross-functional execution. This role is built for someone who combines sharp analytical thinking with exceptional communication skills and thrives on translating ambiguous challenges into clear plans of action. You'll serve as a force-multiplier for the CEO — connecting dots across functions, ensuring the right decisions get made at the right speed, and driving accountability across the company's most important initiatives. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership.

A Day in the Life

• Act as an extension of the CEO — prepare briefings, synthesize inputs, and ensure the CEO is always decision-ready with the right context
• Own the CEO's strategic operating cadence: leadership reviews, all-hands, board prep, and key stakeholder meetings
• Track and drive execution on the company's most critical cross-functional priorities and OKRs, surfacing blockers and recommending course corrections
• Lead high-priority special projects — from market opportunity assessments and M&A diligence support to organizational redesign and new initiative launches
• Draft, refine, and align executive communications including board materials, investor updates, internal memos, and town hall narratives
• Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and functional leaders — translating strategic intent into actionable workstreams and following through on outcomes
• Conduct research and analysis on competitive dynamics, industry trends, and strategic decisions to support CEO-level thinking
• Identify and resolve organizational friction points that slow down decisions or execution

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, management consulting, or strategy roles—preferably in a SaaS, B2B, or data-driven environment.
• Strong analytical foundation with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing tools), and dashboarding platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
• Proven experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset with bias for action, clarity, and results.
• Strong understanding of funnel mechanics, pipeline stages, and campaign performance metrics
