About the job

If your renders are better than the projects you've been given, read on.

At The Signature Design Studio (HSR Layout, Bengaluru), the work matches the renders. In 13 years we've delivered 1,200+ projects and won multiple national awards. We design high-end homes, villas, and commercial spaces where clients pay for detail and expect the final site to look exactly like the visual.

We're hiring a designer who can take a floor plan all the way to a render that wins the client, and who knows enough about construction that the render can actually be built.

What you'll actually do:
-Turn client briefs and floor plans into layouts, concepts, and photorealistic renders
-Own 2-4 live projects at a time, from first concept to final approved visuals
-Present directly to clients alongside our Principal Architect
-Prepare working drawings (layouts, elevations, ceiling and electrical plans) for the site team
-Visit sites to see your designs being built, and learn from what works and what doesn't
-Experiment with AI-assisted rendering and walkthrough tools we're building into our workflow

You're a fit if:
-You have 1+ year of hands-on experience designing and rendering residential or commercial interiors
-You're strong in SketchUp or 3ds Max, plus V-Ray, Corona, D5, Lumion, or Enscape
-You can produce clean drawings in AutoCAD
-You understand lighting, materials, and proportion, not just software
-You have a portfolio you're proud of

This role is not for you if:
-You only want to render other people's designs with no design input
-You're looking for a remote role (this is studio-based)

What you get?
-Premium, high-budget projects for your portfolio, built and photographed
-Direct mentorship from an award-winning Principal Architect
-A defined path to Senior Designer, then Project Lead
- 2.4- 7LPA, based on portfolio
