Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Designer role based in Noida. The 3D Designer will create innovative exhibition stand concepts, including 3D models, layouts, and visualizations that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed 3D designs, integrating lighting and graphic elements, and collaborating with project managers, fabricators, and clients to refine design proposals. The role involves preparing presentation-ready renders and animations, ensuring technical feasibility for construction, and making design adjustments based on feedback. The 3D Designer will also support multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to timelines, quality standards, and budget parameters.
Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for exhibition stands, interiors, or related spatial environments.
Ability to design and plan Lighting concepts that enhance the visual impact and functionality of exhibition spaces.
Proficiency in Graphic Design to create visually cohesive branding, signage, and booth graphics.
Experience with Animation for walkthroughs, motion presentations, or dynamic stand visualizations.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite).
Understanding of fabrication materials, construction methods, and practical constraints related to exhibitions.
Relevant diploma or degree in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Prior experience in exhibition, event, or retail environment design is highly desirable.

Exhibition Stand Design & Fabrication
Experience: 2–5 years
Create creative and premium 3D exhibition booth designs
Develop concepts based on client briefs, brand guidelines, and booth sizes
Prepare 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation layouts
AutoCAD knowledge preferred
Photoshop/CorelDRAW knowledge is an advantage
Strong understanding of exhibition booth structures and materials
Creative mindset with good attention to detail
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
